Nice People plot
The bon vivant Theodora "Teddy" Gloucester infuriates her father Hubert Gloucester with her wild lifestyle, so she has to stay at the family mansion. However, this does not mean that Teddy changes her life, on the contrary, she gets involved with alcoholic and fortune hunter Scotty Wilbur, causing her a lot of misery. One night Scotty tries to force himself on her, but she is saved by the sudden appearance of a stranger, who puts an end to the assault. But because both men spend the night with Teddy, this causes a scandal.
