Among their fellow construction workers, Bassi and Edwin are known for being late for work and not being very conscientious. However, the two friends are all the more interested in getting to know the beautiful girls Thea and Susi. When Bassi and Edwin want to visit them, they find themselves in the middle of a lively house meeting about better living conditions in the community.
