Mr. Horatio Knibbles plot
Mary Bunting's parents refuse to give her a bunny for her birthday. Inconsolable, she sits alone when, to her surprise, a six-foot-tall rabbit appears in a three-piece suit, introducing himself as Mr Horatio Knibbles. Horatio is a magical rabbit and only Mary can see him, which obviously causes a lot of confusion. When things from Mary's mother are stolen, Horatio helps Mary find them again.
