Most Wanted Santa plot

FBI agent Harper Winslow doesn't have much time to celebrate Christmas this year. She has been trying to track down a fugitive art thief for some time and he has struck again. However, Harper is determined to bring him to justice. She is assigned to work with Carly Lopez, a female detective. The main suspect soon turns out to be an attractive man who sometimes dresses up as Santa Claus.
