The story of a primitive monster who emerges from the sea to satisfy his insatiable lust for girls in bikinis. A man suspects the truth behind the monster is too terrifying to believe, while a rogue cop tries to make money from it. Brought together by fate, the two then find themselves in a bloody battle to defend Bikini Beach.
