Roy and Ed work for the city's sanitation service. One day they are kidnapped by aliens who want to perform terrible experiments on them. However, they manage to escape. A scientist who works with the creatures ensures that these empty-heads are selected for the president's secret unit. As men in white suits, they will continue to pose as garbage men, but they will also be trained to hunt aliens after work...
