Madagascar Skin plot

Harry, an introverted guy with a large port-wine stain on his head, tries in vain to find some love at a local gay bar. Back home in his shabby apartment, the gloomy fellow decides to get into his car and drive off without knowing where. He arrives at a deserted beach and sees a head sticking out of the sand under a chair. The rest of Flint's body is covered in sand. The two start talking, and as shy Harry is, so sullen is the older Flint. They decide to live together. Flint helps Harry to come out a bit more and of course Harry starts to have deeper feelings for Flint. But he realizes that if he tells him he's gay, he'll lose Flint's friendship.
