Letterbox plot

Imani is a second-generation Muslim girl from Bradford. She lives for music and has secretly bought tickets for the Glastonbury Festival. When her mother finds the cards, she tears them up. Her mother says the only way Imani would ever be allowed to go to Glastonbury is in a niqab. And so, in an act of rebellion, Imani dons her mother's ill-fitting niqab and hitchhikes south.
