Let's Get Married plot

The shy Dickie Bird is a medical student who is expelled from school for six months. In order to meet new people and gain some self-confidence, he goes to work in a laundry. There he meets the pregnant model Anne Linton, who is unmarried. When people believe that Dickie is responsible for Anne's pregnancy, they enter into a marriage of convenience.
