Elle Woods' blond nieces, Annie and Izzy, move from England to California. They think that their pink clothes and small dogs will make them popular girls. Unfortunately, they find out they can't even get close to their classmates! When subsequently charged with a crime, Annie and Izzy must use their intelligence and charms to clear their names.
