Le Roi plot

Jean de Vierde, king of Cerdagne, visits the industrialist and deputy in the Bourdier parliament following an invitation to a hunting trip and compromises with his wife Youyou. Bourdier, however, has long since comforted himself with Jean's former mistress Thérèse Marnix. Bourdier may be an illusion poorer about his wife, but instead he gets a ministerial post.
