Le Journal Érotique d'un Bûcheron plot

Professor Muller is about to receive the Nobel Prize, but flees to the countryside. To fully enjoy the pleasures of nature, he goes to a small village that has become an open-air brothel. He becomes acquainted with a group of lumberjacks who chop with a different ax than may be expected of them. The government sends agents after him to stop the professor from his new activities; a Nobel laureate impersonating a pimp is not good news...
