La Vie Chantée plot
This film is actually nothing more than an illustration of fifteen songs from the repertoire of the singer Noël-Noël. One of his most famous is 'Le Rasoir du Coiffeur', the story of a novice hairdresser who finds that the first man whose hair he has to cut is terrified by him. Another song 'Les Deux Lettres' tells of a tax collector and his fiancée who cheat on each other. There is also 'Deux et Deux Font Quatre': a satire on the changes of the regime, resulting in different public opinions. 'Souvenirs d'Enfance', on the other hand, is reminiscing about his childhood in a home.
