La Bûche plot

Christmas has meaning for everyone. For some a time of warmth and conviviality, for others an annual moment of reflection that would rather be skipped. For the three sisters Louba, Sonia and Milla, Christmas is also a recurring gathering every year. The three sisters look forward to the evening in question with mixed feelings. When the dark cabinet of decorations opens, it reveals not only the Christmas decorations, but also unspoken secrets that should have been kept hidden. A death brings an unexpected twist in the togetherness. Sonia fears her perfectly planned party will fall apart. After all, other priorities now apply.
