La Ballade de Titus plot

Titus was locked up in a cellar in his youth by his foster parents. The only company he had was a television with one station, a VCR, and five hundred tapes of cartoons. Twenty years later we find him in the clinic of the terrible doctor Schrink. But he manages to thwart the evil man's plans and even discovers love and fame.
