Kanki no Uta plot

"Kanki no Uta" is set in a small town somewhere in Japan. Iizuka, manager of a cultural center there, realizes he is in trouble when he has double-booked the concert hall on New Year's Eve with two choirs made up of housewives. The otherwise lazy and irresponsible Iizuka pushes herself in all sorts of ways to allow both concerts to go ahead.
