Joe + Belle plot
"If love is not madness... It is not love."
In the center of Tel Aviv, the likeable, casual and irresistible drug dealer Joe and lonely Belle, who threatens suicide, are coincidentally embroiled in a mysterious murder case. The sensuous Belle immediately falls in love with Joe and doesn't want to be without her anymore. But both women must first make sure they get away from the oncoming police.
