Jal Sarabose plot

In the late 1960s, South Korea had the highest birth rate worldwide. If the people continued to reproduce like this, South Korea would soon have a population surplus, so the government plans to do something about it. Information spots are shown everywhere in Seoul, but since 70% of the population still lives in rural areas, people are appointed to give sex education in the smaller villages. For example, Hyun-joo goes to a village to teach people everything about the pill and condoms.
