In the near future, experiments will be conducted with stem cell research that cause an anomaly: thousands of babies cannot age. As a result, it creates a market for consumers who feel they are older without having to take responsibility for it. The babies' diapers only need to be changed once a week and they can sleep most of the time. Ben oversees the servants who are responsible for delivering the babies to customers.
