Il Lumacone plot

Gianni is a Sicilian cook in Rome who, after his wife leaves him, moves to live in his friend's basement. This friend, Ginetto, earns his living by stealing here and there. Gianni's big dream is to buy a train carriage to turn it into a restaurant and to give his friend an honorable job. They meet a young woman and together they try to make this dream come true.
