Iikagen Baka plot

Raised on an island in the Seto Inland Sea, Yasukichi's only virtue is his innate naughtiness. But because his love for his hometown is exceptionally stronger than anyone else's, he does everything he can to help the island's residents who are going through a recession in one way or another. He saddles himself with debt to bring a cheap tire to the island and tries to make an underwater tour ship a success story on the island without regard for environmental regulations.
