Hulla plot

Raj Puri is a stock trader who can't sleep at night because the night watchman of the housing complex blows a whistle all night long. His wife, however, thinks he is adopting, but Raj goes to complain to Janardhan, the secretary of the building. The problems are compounded when his neighbors also become very noisy. Eventually, Raj's life goes off the rails and he becomes almost paranoid.
