Honjitsu Kyûshin plot

When his medical practice has been open for exactly one year, Doctor Mikumo thinks it's time for a day off. However, this plan is thrown into disarray by the arrival of a war veteran with a medical emergency, a woman who claims to have been raped and a yakuza who wants his finger chopped off.
