Hollywood Palms plot

The Hollywood Palms apartment complex is managed by the aging child actor Clark. The tenants are an esoteric mix of Californians, exactly what you'd expect from a run-down Hollywood apartment complex. One day, a combination of bizarre circumstances changes the lives of everyone involved forever.
