Hiyatoi Deka plot

As a result of the prolonged recession, the police in Japan has introduced a part-time system. One of these part-time cops named "Hiyatoi-Labor Cop" lives in a small house with foreign students as neighbors. In addition to his job as an agent, he is also a part-time construction worker.
