"She was high class... He was highly confused..."

Bo Baker, a reporter, has a knack for being in the wrong place at the right time. He meets Terry Carson, a beautiful femme fatale. However, Terry's friend is an underworld figure named Frank Valenta, and this one doesn't make things too easy for Bo. When Nicholas von Reich, a Nazi war criminal, also appears on the scene, there is nothing left to make everything go wrong. In order for everything to get back on its feet again, the necessary unsavory types have to be removed, chases carried out and war intrigues unraveled.
