Jay-Jay has a crush on the girlfriend of the most popular boy in school. However, when it turns out that the girl is interested in Jay-Jay's advances, a big rivalry develops between the two ruffs. Then Jay-Jay challenges the popular boyfriend to a dangerous drag race.
