Het Beloofde Pand plot

Karim finds an unknown and attractive girl in his apartment. His surprise is great when she reports that she is the new owner. Both believe that they have a legal lease. After initial affection, the struggle between the boy and the girl degenerates into territorialism, with one increasingly cornering the other. Despite the intervention of the landlord, the living room remains a war zone, with strict dividing lines.
