Heibon Ponchi plot

Aki Mashima (Sakichi Satô) is a thirty-year-old, fat film director who meets the young actress Mika (Rina Akiyama). Her small breasts are completely in line with his ideal about the woman's shape, because Aki is afraid of women with large breasts. However, Mika dreams of getting huge breast implants one day and has a preference for fat weirdos. Unfortunately for her, every time he falls for her, Aki magically transforms into a very handsome guy, whom she finds repulsive. Once Mika kills a rival, the unlikely couple goes on the run, with Aki taking the opportunity to film their escape and adventures.
