Hard Rock Zombies plot

"They came from the grave to Rock n' Rave and misbehave."

For a performance, a hard rock band travels to a tiny and distant village somewhere in Grand Guignol. The audience consists of peasants, werewolves, murderous dwarves, sex perverts and Hitler. It's an extremely strange city, but that doesn't stop the lead singer from falling in love with Cassie. After Nazi sex perverts kill the entire band to satisfy their desires, Cassie pulls the band from their graves to save her, the city, and maybe the world.

What to do on a drizzly Sunday afternoon at the end of June? Why not watch this movie. After a long search I found a VHS rip of this almost untraceable, forgotten 80s flick a few months ago.
He's really really cheesy. There is already some gore in the beginning and the fx look very cheap, but that was of course to be expected.
The story is really too bizarre for words. A band goes to a remote village to perform there in the hope of gaining some more name recognition. There they have to deal with Nazis (including Hitler himself), weird murderous Lilliputians and vague guys who want to watch oldies making love.
On the one hand it provides the necessary entertainment, because a number of wrong German accents pass by, you can laugh at the completely misplaced Hitler and there are also some "gore scenes" here and there. In addition, the decisions that the characters sometimes make are too crazy for words, such as using posters with heads to protect themselves against the zombies.
On the other hand, the emphasis is sometimes very much on the blossoming love between Cassie and one of the band members. For example, somewhere in the middle there is an enormously stretched love scene that could have been a few minutes shorter in my opinion.
Anyway, for fans of 80s cheese, this one is still quite funny for once (if you can find it), but the other film lovers can better skip this one.
