"Escaped convicts disguised as beauty pageant experts? This could get ugly."
Two escaped convicts plan a beauty pageant in the small Texas town of Happy. The village only has a chance to make it to the finals when they hire two heavyweights to host the pageant, Harry and Wayne. In their admiration, the gullible villagers fail to notice something. Harry and Wayne are crooks who have just escaped prison and have the police on their tail. Happy, Texas is the place for the two criminals to temporarily hide and rob the bank.
