"GUNS SING! LAUGHS RING!"
George O'Brien is an insurance agent who wants to insure miners against the loss and theft of their gold shipments. On his way to Red Mesa, George is ambushed by bandits and rescued by the Three Stooges (Moe Howard, Shemp Howard and Larry Fine). George sells insurance to mine owner John Sawyer, who then sends a shipment of gold. When George can't rely on the pompous sheriff, he hires the Stooges to protect the gold cargo.
