Francis Goes to West Point plot
"That Talking Mule is Back...and the Army's Got Him - Again!"
Peter works at a nuclear power plant, where his buddy Francis, the talking donkey, also hangs out. Francis tells Peter about a sabotage plan and Peter reports it back to security. When the security guards prevent the sabotage, Peter is rewarded with a recommendation to become a cadet at West Point military school. There, Francis helps him in and out of various problems during his basic training.
