Marge is a great secretary, but her supervisors are more interested in herself than in her work. As a result, she is often out of work. She decides to change her appearance so that she is less attractive. This lands her a job with the writer Freddy who has to write off his next book quickly. He hardly pays attention to his secretary, but falls head over heels for a beautiful lady he sees, unaware that it is the same woman.
