Espérame en el Cielo plot

The late 1940s in Spain. The humble owner of an orthopedic shop in Madrid is suddenly kidnapped. He disappears completely off the face of the earth. What happened to him? Due to an extraordinarily strong outward similarity with dictator Franco, he has been selected for the top secret operation 'Janus'. His role is to act as a doppelgänger for the dictator in dangerous situations.
