Throughout this mediocre film, I discovered several beautiful moments.

A nice snack where two older people rediscover love. The contrast couldn't be greater between the two. He, a decent decent gentleman with principles and high morals. She, a bold and conceited manipulative woman who has not yet died from her first lie. What he sees in her is a mystery to me, because after two contacts he was insulted by her at least twice. But hey, it did produce beautiful cinema (apart from the many clichés).

Obviously the kids aren't too fond of their relationship, but it was quite funny to see how they argued and how powerless they were. Yet the emphasis is on the couple rather than the children. Good thing, too. Nice that common thread of La dolce vita and Anita Ekberg. Nice ending with thethat trip to Rome and the Trevi Fountain. Very sweet at times, but I still enjoyed it.
