El Corazón de Jesús plot

Jesús, a Bolivian civil servant, has a heart attack at work and ends up in hospital. Due to bureaucratic mismanagement, his file gets confused with that of a terminal patient, who has the same name as him. His wife and employees are told that he has died. When he comes home a few weeks later, his wife decides to leave him, taking all the savings with her. Jesús tries to make the most of his 'new identity' and the possibilities it brings.
