Robert (Wolfgang Lukschy), Franzi (Bruni Löbel) and Grandpa (Theodor Danegger) are out of work. They definitely want to get money. Despite the anonymous bureaucracy of a large industrial company, they manage to get themselves a job. They then succeed in earning a place in the company through diligence and endurance.
