Down on the Farm plot
As their house is being repaired, Aunt Ida invites the Jones family to spend the summer on her farm. John Jones, the patriarch of the Jones family, wins a corn harvest competition. Then John is asked if he wants to participate in local politics. Complications seem inevitable.
