Dimitrios Schulze plot

The Mannheimer Jungbusch district is the multicultural heart of the city: proletarian, full of migrants and fur. It is also the entertainment district of lawyer Dimitrios Schulze, who enthusiastically and cunningly defends the interests of his clients and in between helps out in his mother Helena's shop. His cunning strategies, in which he sometimes makes fun of the truth, are a thorn in the side of the stern police inspector with jurisdiction over Jungbusch.
