Der Campus plot

Hanno Hackmann is a sociology professor at the University of Hamburg. He pleases his wife Gabrielle when he announces that he plans to fight the corrupt Schacht for the vacant position of university director. But what about his relationship with drama student Babsi? Babsi, who plays a rape victim in the play, is expelled from the cast, develops psychological problems and is admitted to an institution. These events spark rumors that she has been sexually harassed by the innocent Hartmann. Schacht tackles the rumor to win the election.
