"Passing 10th class from jail is my Right to Education!"
Ganga Ram Chaudhary is a charismatic and arrogant prime minister who gets involved in a scam and ends up in jail. While he waits for bail, he hopes his wife will temporarily replace him in his position. However, the former homebody enjoys her power and goes her own way. While in prison, Chaudhary is admired by fellow inmates and guards, until Jyoti Deswal arrives, the new prison director. She doesn't care about Chaudhary's privileges and forces him to work and mingle with the prison population. Subsequently, the uneducated man decides to get his degree, initially to get rid of work, but later he sees its usefulness as a political tool.
