Das Traumpaar plot

Günther and Erwin, two lively older gentlemen, have known each other since their school days. The two are each other's best friends, but on the other hand, they are also each other's favorite enemies. They've been at odds for 30 years. The reason for the long-standing feud was, as always, a woman whom Günther stole from his buddy. Meanwhile, Günther is a widower and Erwin has already been divorced twice. Neither of them misses the slightest chance of tricking the other. In short, they can't live with each other, but they can do much less without each other.
