Cosima's Lexikon plot

After the fall of the Berlin Wall, writer Cosima Richter (Iris Berben) lives in a dilapidated but cheap apartment complex in East Berlin. Under her leadership, the residents of this complex decide to complain to owner Klaus Borgmann (Ralf Richter) against a rent increase. But then it turns out that the owner is actually a homeless drunk.
