"10 Watts of ambition, heartbreak, and a retarded cat"

The two friends Adam and Steve have their own radio show in a small hamlet. Their ambition is to get on national radio, but that just doesn't work. Meanwhile, Adam tries to get rid of his girlfriend Laura to get back into the single life.
