Clarence plot

"BOOTH TARKINGTON'S FAMOUS COMEDY RIOT, AN ALL-TIME AMERICAN FAVORITE!"

Clarence is a resourceful young man who knows very little about many things and mainly concentrates on practicing his saxophone. He is endeared to the wealthy and eccentric Wheeler family, though daughter Cora can't stand him. Finally, she realizes that the lousy but lovable Clarence would be a much better catch than the fortune-hunting fiancée Tobias.
