Chicken a la King plot

The pedantic Horace Trundle is stunned when his brother-in-law Oscar Barrows announces that he is going to marry dancer Maisie DeVoe. Horace wonders how Oscar can be stupid enough to have his whole life ruined by a woman who is clearly only after his money. Horace goes backstage at the theater to get Maisie to abandon the wedding plans. Then he discovers that he likes to be surrounded by women with beautiful bodies. This inspires Effie, his wife, to take a job as a dancer, thus teaching Horace a lesson.
