Brylcream Boulevard plot

The boys from 5th metal, the most infamous class in the history of Technical Education, have lost touch. Only Jeanine, Rudy's sweetheart, still has regular contact with the beautiful Kathy. Verbiest, the school's authoritarian secretary, has since made a career in the cabinet of the Minister of Health. In order to improve the image of his minister and to strengthen his own position within the cabinet, Verbiest is organizing a major charity campaign for the benefit of the disabled. When the secretary molests Jeanine in a bar over the start of the campaign, the 5th metal wants revenge.
