Brides Are like That plot

Rich Fred Schultz owns several apple orchards. Schulz sends his cousin Bill McAllister to college, but after he graduates, Bill doesn't feel like working. Bill is a dreamer, a smooth talker, a golfer, has many ideas, but he still lives on his uncle's expense. When the attractive Hazel Robinson plans to get engaged to Dr. Randolph Jenkins, Bill manages to talk her into marrying him. The only problem for Bill now is that he has to find a job.
