Bonjour Timothy plot

"Detours on road to true love"

Timothy is a seventeen-year-old New Zealand boy. He lives with his parents. After a practical joke he is almost expelled from school. He is only allowed to stay if his parents are willing to take in an exchange student. That will be Michel from Montreal. However, Michel turns out to be Michelle and Timothy is instantly in love.
